Mountain Sports and Rescue Ltd delivers the products you have purchased using ACS courier. Mountain Sports and Rescue Ltd has a written & signed agreement with the above mentioned couriers regarding delivery of items.

Orders can be delivered:
€0.01 – €99.99: At your nearest office to you by the above mentioned courier – 5 € (VAT included)
€100 and above: At your nearest office to you by the above mentioned courier – FREE

Estimated time of delivery:
Courier service (1 – 2 business days in main regions)
Courier service (2 – 4 business days in distant areas of the country)

Mountain Sports and Rescue Ltd insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by him/her (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Delusion Unisex Boutique and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Please note that we do not deliver on Weekends and Bank holidays in Cyprus.

Cyprus delivery methods
Delivery at your door is available for addresses within city limits and their related zones. Your parcel will be delivered between 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Further information concerning the delivery zones and times can be found in our partner’s official website.

For locations outside of city limits, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest couriers’ or shipping agencys’ local offices. The courier or the shipping agency will contact you beforehand to confirm when the parcel is ready for collection.

Available delivery options will be displayed at the checkout page once you have completed your delivery address and postal code.

International deliveries
International orders are not available at the moment. Please check again soon or alternative you can use our contact form to send us a query on any of our products and assist you on how you can receive your order.
